We want you to be satisfied with your products! All custom-made products from Midwest Ear are exempt from refunds due to the custom-made nature. If they are found to have a faulty fitting, please notify us within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will take reasonable steps to rectify any issues or make adjustments to your ear plugs. This applies only when the product has been properly maintained in accordance with our instructions for care and properly worn. Of note, all ear plug noise reduction ratings are an average, there may be variances from customer to customer depending on your anatomy. Fit Warranty

Midwest Ear warrants the fit of its custom-made products for 30 days from the date of delivery. We aim to make every custom-made product to fit correctly the first time, however due to the level of detail it requires to make the fitting near perfect, some adjustments may be required. This applies only when the product has been properly maintained in accordance with our instructions for care and properly worn. Of note, all ear plug noise reduction ratings are an average, there may be variances from customer to customer depending on your anatomy. If you have any issues with fitting within 30 days, please contact us and we will take measures to amend them!

Repair or Defect Warranty

At Midwest Ear, it is important to us to help fix your custom ear plug shall it become damaged or defected within 60 days of purchase/delivery. This does not mean being re-fit for new plugs, but simply fixing the current pair as much as possible. If you experience any issues with your product, they must be returned to us and sent via mail packaging with a tracking number at the cost of the customer. This applies only when the product has been properly maintained in accordance with our instructions for care and properly worn. Lost, stolen, or damaged of the ear plugs that are caused by the user or third party are not covered under this warranty. Documentation is required for any requests for fixing products.
