How the Process Works
1
Inspect the Ears
We will look inside your ears to ensure cleanliness and no medical conditions.
2
Insert Foam Blocker
We insert a small foam blocker in the ear canal to stop the silicone at the appropriate distance.
3
Inject the Silicone
We inject the silicone into each ear while you sit there for 5 minutes for curing.
4
Finishing
Depending on what product you ordered, we pull the ear plugs out and buffer them or send them to the lab for final processing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer corporate deals?
Yes! We travel out for your company or large groups on a schedule that works for your employees. We offer discounts for larger groups on all of our products and have full customer service available. Contact us via email or phone to schedule a meeting.
How long do the custom ear plugs last?
Typically 3-5 years at the very minimum with good care and hygiene, but have seen them last a lot longer. We recommend replacing them every few years to ensure effectiveness.
How do you clean and care for custom ear plugs?
These ear plugs are simple to clean and care for. When cleaning, use regular hand soap and water or a basic disinfectant wipe. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals such as bleach, peroxide, etc., or machinery fluids such as fuel, coolant, oil, etc. Keep the plugs in a case when not in use and avoid leaving sit in the sunlight as much as possible.
Do you offer kids ear plugs?
Yes! We offer age 4+ and usually recommend obtaining a new pair of ear plugs every 1-2 years up until they have turned 18 (which then should last a few years with proper use).
